These terms cover use of the Mapstead website and the Mapstead Android open-testing build, including the contact form. They are not legal advice.

This website is operated by JuMaSt Appworks LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Informational purpose

The Mapstead website describes an Android application that is currently distributed as an open-testing build on Google Play. The testing build is not a production release: features, workflows, and stored data structures may change, open-testing access does not guarantee permanent availability, and nothing on this site is a commitment to ship a specific feature on a specific date.

No professional advice

Guides and other content on this site are general information, not professional advice. Mapstead is not a land survey, a parcel record, or a utility locate service. Do not rely on this site or the app for boundary determinations, permitting, excavation safety, or legal matters. Consult a licensed land surveyor, a qualified contractor, and your local utility locate service as appropriate.

Contact form

  • Submit only information you are entitled to provide, and use a real email address.
  • Launch-list signup uses double opt-in; your subscription is active only after you confirm it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Do not use these forms for spam, abuse, automated submissions, or unlawful content. We apply rate limiting and may block abusive use.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or misrepresent your affiliation with Mapstead.

Intellectual property

The Mapstead name, logo, site content, and guides are owned by JuMaSt Appworks LLC unless stated otherwise. You may link to and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JuMaSt Appworks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
